| Are there any side effects associated with Zyban?

Zyban side effects may include dry mouth, headache, increased sweating, constipation, anxiety and fatigue.

the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. |

| How is Zyban taken?
|
|
Follow the directions for taking Zyban provided by your doctor. Swallow
Zyban whole. Do not crush or chew Zyban or the sustained activity of Zyban will be destroyed and the chances of side effects occurring may be increased.
Take Zyban as directed, usually twice daily for 7 to 12 weeks. Don't take more or less Zyban than prescribed when you order the drug. Since Zyban can cause sleeplessness at first, it is best not to take near bedtime.
It is suggested to continue smoking for the first week after starting Zyban, until it reaches higher levels in your blood. Too much nicotine can cause serious side effects. |

| Are there any effects of taking Zyban with other medications?
|

Some medications may interact with Zyban. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are
taking, especially MAO inhibitors, levodopa, ritonavir, corticosteroids, sedatives, adrenaline-like stimulants,
and products containing nicotine. Also report use of drugs which might increase seizure risk. Excess caffeine intake can increase the chance of seizures with this drug. |

| How should I store Zyban?

Store Zyban at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. |
