Zanaflex is a skeletal muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasms associated with multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injuries. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor. |

| Are there any side effects associated with Zanaflex?

The most common side effects associated with Zanaflex include drowsiness, dry mouth, flushing, or dizziness. If
side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. Contact your
doctor as soon as possible if you experience increased muscle weakness, trouble urinating or lack of bladder
control, or a change in emotions, mood, or behavior. |

| How is Zanaflex taken?

Follow the directions for using Zanaflex provided by your doctor. If
you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do
not take two doses at once. |

| Are there any effects of taking Zanaflex with other medications?

If Zanaflex is taken with certain other drugs, the effects of either could be
altered. It is especially important to check with your doctor before combining
Zanaflex with other medications. Drug interactions can result in unwanted side effects or prevent a medicine from doing its job. |
