What is Wellbutrin?
Wellbutrin is a medicine to help treat depression.
 
 
Are there any side effects associated with Wellbutrin?
Wellbutrin side effects may include cry mouth, headache, increased sweating, nausea/vomiting, constipation, anxiety, fatigue and blurred vision. If the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. Contact your doctor if you experience: unusual weight loss or gain, palpitations, agitation, trouble sleeping. Other side effects can occur and should be reported to your doctor immediately. 
 
How is Wellbutrin taken?
Follow the directions for taking Wellbutrin provided by your doctor.  Even if you feel better, keep taking Wellbutrin for as long as your doctor advises. You can take Wellbutrin with or without food. Make sure to swallow the tablets whole. Do not chew, divide, or crush tablets. If you miss a dose, do not double up on the next dose. Simply return to your regular schedule as soon as possible. Wait at least eight hours between doses.
 
Are there any effects of taking Wellbutrin with other medications?
Some medications may interact with Wellbutrin. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking, especially MAO inhibitors, levodopa, ritonavir, corticosteroids, sedatives, adrenaline-like stimulants, and products containing nicotine. Also report use of drugs which might increase seizure risk. Excess caffeine intake can increase the chance of seizures with this drug.
 
How should I store Wellbutrin?
Store Wellbutrin at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light.
