| Are there any side effects associated with Tenuate?

Tenuate side effects include restlessness, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, or dry mouth. If
the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. |

| How is Tenuate taken?
|
|
Follow the directions for taking Tenuate provided by your doctor. Take
Tenuate about 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals. Be sure to take your last dose of the day at least 4 to 6 hours before bedtime. |

| Are there any effects of taking Tenuate with other medications?

Some medicines or medical conditions may interact with Tenuate. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking. Do not use
Tenuate if you're also taking guanadrel, guanethidine, furazolidone, or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). |

| How should I store Tenuate?

Store Tenuate at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. |
