| How is Inspra taken?
|

Follow the directions for taking Inspra provided by your doctor. The recommended starting dose of Inspra is 50 mg
administered once daily. The full effect of Inspra is noticable within four weeks. The dosage of Inspra should be
increased to 50 mg twice daily for patients with an inadequate blood pressure response to 50 mg once daily. Higher
dosages of Inspra are not recommended. |

| Are there any effects of taking Inspra with other medications?

Some medicines may interact with Inspra. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you
are taking. It is especially important to check with your doctor before combining Inspra with potassium supplements or
medicines called potassium sparing diuretics, ketoconazole, or itraconazole. Some medications may increase your chances
of getting high potassium levels if you take them with Inspra. |
