| Are there any side effects associated with Donepezil?

Donepezil side effects may include diarrhea, fatigue, insomnia, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, nausea, and
vomiting.
If the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with
your doctor. Other Donepezil side effects may include abnormal dreams, arthritis, bruising, depression, dizziness, fainting, frequent urination, headache, pain, sleepiness,
and weight loss. |

| How is Donepezil taken?
|

Follow the directions for taking Donepezil provided by your doctor. Donepezil
should be taken once a day just before bedtime. Be sure it's taken every day. If
Donepezil is not taken regularly, it won't work. It can be taken with or without food.
If you miss a dose make it up as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the one that was missed and go back to the regular schedule.
Do not take
two doses at once. |

| Are there any effects of taking Donepezil with other medications?

Some medicines may interact with Donepezil. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking.
It is especially important to check with your doctor before combining
Donepezil with antispasmodic drugs, bethanechol chloride, carbamazepine,
dexamethasone, ketoconazole, phenobarbital, phenytoin, quinidine, or
rifampin. |

| How should I store Donepezil?

Store Donepezil at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. |
