| Are there any side effects associated with Carisoprodol?

Carisoprodol side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, clumsiness, headache, fast heart rate,
upset stomach, vomiting, and skin rash. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or don't go
away. Call your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following
symptoms: difficulty breathing, fever, weakness, or burning in the eyes. |

| How is Carisoprodol taken?

Carisoprodol comes in tablet form. It's usually taken three times daily and at bedtime. It may be taken with or without food. Follow the directions on your
doctor. |

| What if I forget a dose of Carisoprodol?
|
|
If you forget to take Carisoprodol take the missed dose as soon as you remember it.
If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one. |

| How should I store Carisoprodol?
|

Keep Carisoprodol in the container it came in, tightly closed. Store it at room temperature and away from moisture and heat. |
