Benzac side effects may include allergic reaction (itching, rash in area where the medication was applied),
and excessive drying (red and peeling skin and possible swelling).
If the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with

| How is Benzac taken?
|

Follow the directions for taking Benzac provided by your doctor. Cleanse the affected area thoroughly before applying the medication.
Benzac should then be gently rubbed in. If you miss a dose apply it as soon as you
remember, then go back to your regular schedule. |

| Are there any effects of taking Benzac with other medications?

Some medicines may interact with Benzac. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking.
When used with sunscreens containing PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), Benzac
may cause temporary skin discoloration. |

| How should I store Benzac?
|

Store Benzac at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. |
