How often is Allegra taken?

Allegra can be taken once a day in a 180 mg tablet or twice a day in a 60 mg tablet. These dosages are for people that are 12 and older. If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at once.
