Aldactone side effects may include abdominal cramps, breast development in males, change in potassium levels, deepening of voice, diarrhea, drowsiness, excessive hairiness, fever, headache, hives, irregular menstruation, kidney problems, lack of coordination, lethargy, liver problems, mental confusion, postmenopausal bleeding, severe allergic reaction, sexual dysfunction, skin eruptions, stomach bleeding, stomach inflammation, ulcers,
and vomiting. If
the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. |

| How is Aldactone taken?

Follow the directions for taking Aldactone provided by your doctor. If you miss a
dose take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to your regular schedule.
Do not take
two doses at once. |

| Are there any effects of taking Aldactone with other medications?
|

Some medicines may interact with Aldactone. Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking.
It is especially important to check with your doctor before combining Aldactone with ACE inhibitors,
alcohol, barbiturates, digoxin, indomethacin, lithium, narcotic drugs,
nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), norepinephrine, other water pills,
other high blood pressure medications, or steroids. |

| How should I store Aldactone?

Store Aldactone at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. |
